- We base our activity on mutual trust and sincerity and contribute to society through our workplace.
Only after all different organizations in the company function well in collaboration, the company can go forward. In order to make them do so, mutual trust among employees in the organizations is necessary. With the strength of mutual trust, we shall make our company contribute to society.
- We keep advancing by regarding the present as the past without dwelling on every moment.
The time we have is finite, so we should not lose a moment. Without looking back the past, we shall always make progress toward the future.
- We constantly strive for self-improvement and enhancing our motivation toward creation and Kaizen while keeping in mind that health comes first.
Each one of us makes self-future images firmly. And in order to realize them, we must keep growing day by day as a human being without accepting things as they are and with judging ourselves repeatedly. To do so, of course, we should stay healthy mentally and physically.

- 相互信頼を旨とし誠実を忘れず職場を通じ社会公共のために貢献しよう（意味）
会社はそれを構成するさまざまな組織の歯車がしっかり噛み合ってこそ、初めて前進できるものである。そしてその歯車を噛み合わせる為には、組織を構成している従業員の相互信頼が必要不可欠である。この強固な相互信頼を武器に社会に貢献しうる会社になろう。
- 瞬間に悔いを残す事なく現在を速やかに過去のものとし常に前進しよう（意味）
我々に与えられた時間は有限であるから一瞬たりともその時間を無駄にしてはいけない。過ぎ去った過去を顧みることなく、絶えず未来に向かって「今」を行動しよう。
